Many of the items sold by Vivid Impressions are embroidered, sublimated or laser etched upon ordering to provide you, our valued customer with an excessively larger selection to choose from. In turn, though most orders are released the same or next business day Monday thru Friday, but depending on workload scheduling there may be a delay of 2-5 business days. Delays on shipping more that 5 business days you will be notified of the delay via email. Priority Shipping service is 2-4 day delivery time to most delivery areas, FREE SHIPPING can be a 6-14 day delivery time. Faster services are available. Please note: Free Shipping is only available in the contiguous US states only and not available/honored for select bulk discount orders.
