Shipping Options
Please Note: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, please factor in any shipping delays the carriers may be experiencing when placing orders during this time, as these delays are out of our control.
Viv&Lou ships orders daily (Monday – Friday) using Federal Express (FedEx) and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once your order is processed by our shipping department, you will receive a shipment email, along with your tracking number, within an hour from the time it is processed by our shipping department.
During periods of heavy order volume, we may also process shipments at night and on the weekends.
Orders shipped on Saturday or Sunday will not be picked up until Monday by the respective carrier, however, you will still receive an email that your order has shipped.
Tracking your order is simple! Once your order has been shipped, an email with your tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking numbers may also be found in your order history online, found on your My Account page.
USPS: United States Postal Service
Viv&Lou offers the following shipping methods from USPS. Customer will be presented rates for their orders in accordance with the published rates from the US Post Office. USPS does deliver mail on Saturdays. Sunday delivery is not an option.
- First Class Mail Parcel (max weight 13 ounces)
- Priority Mail* (max weight 70 lbs.)
- Priority Mail Express (max weight 70 lbs.)
*The US Post Office is now displaying estimated shipping times of 1, 2, and 3 days on Priority Mail shipments. These shipping times are estimates based solely on the US Post Offices’ expectations, and may or may not accurately reflect the actual delivery timing of your package. Although USPS is often very reliable, we cannot be responsible for any delays your shipment may experience if you select this shipping method.
FedEx: Federal Express
Viv&Lou offers the following shipping methods from FedEx. Customers will be presented rates for their orders in accordance with the published rates from FedEx. The Home Delivery Option for FedEx shipments will deliver on Saturday. FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
